Hello Janine,

It’s good to learn from your article that you are fascinated by India, Yes its a wonderful country with warm and wonderful people around. People come to India with a very different perspective but always go back with fond memories. The diversity of the culture, language , dress code and vibrancy of its colours attract anyone. This also is couple with friendly Indians. Indian’s are not stiff necked like most western people are, even though I have traveled in all the 4 corners of the world.

Have fun in India enjoy yourself, the civic sense may not be that good at par with the western world, but somewhere sometimes all’s not perfect,

This inspirational blog not only touches hearts but it gives hope to those who are hiding themselves from their shells. It encourages people that anyone can do something without knowing that they can do so much the way they are. It is not about your weaknesses that matters. It is what you can do in spite of your weaknesses. I would certainly love to read more inspirational blog from you.

Great post Janine. I’ve enjoyed following you on twitter all year and this is a great sentiment to end 2011 with. We tend to get so caught up on the commercialism on Christmas that we take the whole point of it for granted. Not the religious component, but the coming together and taking a second to put others first. Some great ideas up there. I’d just add that if all else fails and you can’t do anything for charity then donate your efforts to the one place we can all sometimes be guilty of overlooking – our own family. Happy Christmas everyone.
